Looking forward to hear our special guest, Nicolas Sehnaoui during the #Evangelical_schools conference this April 5 and 6. #NEC2019 #UnlockingOurPotential #Learn_Lead_LoveBESGBAs an advocate for integrating programming and Artificial Intelligence into school curricula, MP Nicolas Sehnaoui emphasizes that by 2050, 47% of our jobs will be obsolete. At #NEC2019 you will get a chance to learn of his proposed plan to graduate students who can face an ever-changing market through integrating coding and programming as core requirements.

  • "Every Kid Needs A Champion". A famous TED talk. That was our theme for this year's Teacher's Day lunch, and this was our special #cake. BESGB teachers, we thank you for being who you are. Be sure that you are distinguished and remarkable educators because every day you make a #difference in the lives of those #young #leaders. You touch their hearts and minds. Thank you, #BESGB Champions.
  • In an unprecedented and noble initiative, Bank Audi held its first “Spring Inter-school Competition”, among 12 schools in the Metn region. The competition’s preliminary stage took place among 650 Secondary III students competing against one another in their own respective schools, after which, 3 students from each school were shortlisted to participate in the major competition held Saturday, March 2nd, at the Bank Audi Downtown Headquarters. The students went through a very grueling and detailed process of testing their knowledge in Math, Literature, Economics, History, Banking, General knowledge, Environment, and Technology, and our 3 participating students managed to land Second place amidst a truly cut throat competition. Our shining stars are: Ralph Raheb, Maria Oneissi, and Andrea Gemayel. Super proud of this wonderful result.
  • Our Secondary Department MUNers’ hard work, extensive research, and remarkable commitment yielded an outstanding victory in this year’s MUN Conference:
*Celine Avakian, a UNDP delegate: Secretary General Award
*Daron Soussani, a WHO delegate: Secretary General Award
*Elissa Khoury, a WHO delegate: Secretary General Award
*Karl Boyajian, a GA4 delegate: Diplomacy Award
*Michelle Ghantos, an ITU delegate: Position Paper Award
*Harout Babikian, an HIMF delegate: Position Paper Award
All our star delegates represented Ireland, a country plunged in the ensuing BREXIT upheaval and struggling with challenging issues.
